REFUND PROCESSING DURATION
Approved refunds will be processed and made available to the client within 90 to 120 days from the date the refund application is formally submitted and acknowledged by the Company.
The processing period is necessary to allow the Company to complete the required administrative, financial, and verification procedures associated with the refund.
